Partnerships Missions work cannot be accomplished by a “pioneer, going it alone”. Mission- aries need partners. • We are pleased to have 12 supporting churches, who partner with us in prayer and financial support. • Additionally we have many individuals, who partner in prayer, some of them are also individual financial supporters. • We also partner with our Mission board; without them we would be “all on our own” in so many ways.

David and Crissie Boyd The Netherlands

History A quick history of our lives and ministry. • David was born in The Netherlands, his parents - Herb and Ruth Boyd pioneered the field for BMM in 1954. • Crissie was born in Waterloo, IA, but her parents took her to Gaudeloupe at 3 months and later to France. • We met at Faith Baptist Bible College in 1976. We married in 1979. • We went to the field in 1983. • We worked in the town Veghel since 1985 and started a church. • That work ended when the Lord led us to move in 2019. • We moved to Bergen op Zoom in 2021, and we now support local churches in Southern Netherlands.

Family We have three chidren. • Daniel and Heather have 3 boys; we work with them in Bergen op Zoom. They have a section on BoydsinEurope. • Mark and Leslie have 8 children, and they work in Germany (just 7 hours away). They too have a section on BoydsinEurope. • Nathan and Rebekah have 4 children, and live and work in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Furlough ~ 2023 We hoped to be on Furlough from March - June. However surgery has made it necessary to cancel the remainder of our time in the US. • Our Furlough Schedule (below) shows what our plan was, and how we will likely pick it back up once my foot is healed. • We hope to return to the field on May 22. We have “repatriation” insurance. • We have a new prayercard: you can download it (click on Pictures, or wait until we come finish our furlough; probably in 2024.
